Vallan viisas provides unique and compelling power and influence training, coaching, consultation, advisory, development, and research services, which are based on extensive expertise. For clarity purposes, the services have been grouped under various themes, but you can always propose your own theme, even if it is not listed under the services.

The services are based on my long-term expertise and competence in the themes of power and influence that I have obtained in my roles as a trainer-developer, researcher, and non-fiction author. The services are based on the scientific study of power and influence, its popular applications, real-life case studies, and service user needs. 

Please note that my services are not therapeutic, so if you are looking for such an approach, another service provider may be more suitable for you. 

Almost all the services are available for a few hours or one day, but the Power Incubator requires a long-term commitment. The Power Whisperer and Nest of Power services can be implemented as long-term services that are only activated when your organization requires them.

If you wish, you can commission services for large groups of participants and as public implementations. The various training packages are good for such purposes. On the other hand, the Power Whisperer is the most confidential and invisible form of service, which is intended for individuals or small groups of people. The training is generic, whereas the Power Incubator and Power Whisperer services emphasize the current needs of the organization as their starting points. Naturally, I will always consider the needs of the target group or organization in all of the services.
